HOW TO COLLECT YOUR CAR AT MALAGA AIRPORT.

After having collected your luggage (ignore signs to car hire directing you down a ramp) gothrough customs and pass through the two automatic glass doors. Walk straight ahead and 25 metres opposite you, you will  see the TRANSPORT OFFICES, (OFICINA DE TRANSPORTES, O.M.T.), this is next to the information desk, please see map below.
This office is open 24 Hours. At the TRANSPORT OFFICES ask for an envelope from AUTOS FLORES RENT A CAR with your name on it. You must show your passport to the O.M.T employee. Please note: Payment CANNOT be made here, the O.M.T. offices is ONLY for collecting keys, for payments you must contact AUTOS FLORES during your holidays.

Inside the envelope you will find:
THE CAR KEYS, YOUR CAR HIRE CONTRACT, A PARKING TICKET, A MAP OF THE PARKING AREA AND A LETTER EXPLAINING HOW TO FIND THE CAR AND INSTRUCTIONS TO LEAVE THE AIRPORT COMPOUND.
